Consumer Code for Home Builders
Charles Church is proud to adopt the industry standards of good
practice, procedures and information.
Launched on 1 April 2010, the Consumer Code sets out to safeguard new
homebuyers and ensure that they are treated fairly, know what service
levels to expect, are given reliable information upon which to make
their decisions and know how to access speedy, low-cost dispute
resolution arrangements if they are dissatisfied.

The Consumer Code sets requirements that all home builders must
meet. The National House- Builders Council and other Home Warranty
bodies have agreed that all of their registered builders must adopt and
comply with the Code as a condition of their registration.
