That’s why we’ve introduced ‘Select’- a fully integrated interior and exterior design solution, allowing you to personalise your home by choosing from our range of distinctive options (subject to stage of construction) to further enhance the specification of your new Charles Church home.

Our Sales Executives will confirm the standard items in your new home’s specification, but in addition you may wish to select alternatives or additions to make your home truly personal. Not all options are available on all properties, primarily due to the design and construction variations throughout the Charles Church portfolio and ‘Select’ requests are subject to the stage of construction and are only applicable prior to build and legal completion.

• Bathroom

  For your convenience we can provide a variety of co-ordinated bathroom accessories. Additional wall tiling is available to bathrooms and en-suites.
