HomeBuy Direct is a new Shared Equity scheme that is part funded by the government and designed to make new homes more affordable. It's primarily for eligible first time buyers and key workers, but is also available to those re-entering the housing market e.g service personnel and ex pats returning from living or working abroad, and divorced persons requiring their own home.

HomeBuy Direct gives you the opportunity to buy the home you want, with the help of a 5 year interest free loan for up to 30% of the property price*.And with Charles Church, you can choose from a wide range of 1, 2,3 or 4 bedroom properties in great locations. But you need to move quickly to secure your ideal home and your HomeBuy Direct funding.
