LIFT - New Supply Shared Equity
New Supply Shared Equity is a scheme being trialled by the Scottish Governement in partnership with Charles Church and other new home developers. The scheme has been designed to make new homes accessible and affordable to as many as people as possible, and is particularly ideal for first time buyers.
The New Supply Shared Equity scheme gives you the opportunity to buy a new home for as little as 60% of the purchase price with the balance interest - and payment - free for up to 19 years. The Scottish Government and Charles Church will each take an equal stake in the balance.
Who can apply?
- First time buyers
- Armed forces personnel
- Armed forces veterans, those widowed or their partners
- Current or former home owners with a significant change in their circumstances
- People with a disability whose current home is unsuitable

- Plot 19 - 2 bed ground floor apartment - £120,603
- Plot 22 - 2 bed first floor aparmernt with en-suite - £122,503
