Part Exchange Plus
How does it work?
In order for a property to qualify for Part Exchange Plus the value of your property cannot exceed £250,000 and can be no more than 70% of the purchase price of the new property. If this 30% differential exists you will complete a Reservation Agreement and a Part Exchange Plus Enquiry Form with our Sales Executive. An agreed reservation fee is paid at this stage.
What happens next?
Charles Church will instruct an independent surveyor and an estate agent to provide valuation reports on your property, usually within 48 hours. The reports provide valuation figures and opinions on the saleability of the property.
Will you offer the full market value?
No. The figure we will offer, subject to satisafactory reports, is based on a 6-8 week sale price. Charles Church reserve the right not to make an offer, in this situation we will always discuss our reasons for coming to this decision.
When will I need a solicitor?
As soon as a sale price is agreed we will advise our solicitor who will pass all legal documentation onto your solicitor to action on your behalf.
When will my property be put on the market?
As soon as a sale price has been verbally agreed with Charles Church we will instruct an estate agent to put your property on the market.
When will I move in?
This depends on the completion date of the plot you have chosen. Our Sales Executive will keep you updated on any changes.
Part Exchange Plus is available on selected plots only and is subject to terms and conditions.
