Directions

Aston Clinton is located South-East of the larger town of Aylesbury on the Aylesbury Road, just off the A41. It can be reached via junction 8A of the M40 and taking the A418 up to Aylesbury and onto the A41. Or alternatively via the M1; taking the exit at junction 7 onto the A414 through Hemel Hempstead and onto the A41.

Education

The local Pre-School and Primary School, both of which are named after the town, are Ofsted rated 'Good' and only half a mile away - the perfect walking distance from your home.

Other primary schools in the surrounding area include Weston Turville C of E School (1.7 miles) and Halton Community Combined School (3 miles).

Transport

Despite being set in the heart of the countryside, Aston Clinton has good commuter links. The M1 and M25 are an approximate 40-minute drive from the development via the A41, with the M40 accessible via the A41 and A414 west-bound; connecting you to London, Oxford and the North.

National Rail offers a regular service from Stoke Mandeville to London Marylebone in approximately 50 minutes. Red Line also offers a regular bus service through Aston Clinton and the surrounding towns and villages.
