Directions

Chalfont St. Peter can be reached by taking exit 16 of the M25 onto the M40, and then the A40 through Denham until you reach the A413 Amersham Road, this will then take you to the heart of the village.

Alternatively you could take exit 2 of the M40 onto the A335, and then the A40 until you reach the A413.

Shopping

Chalfont St. Peter's Market Place is full of handy individual shops and local professional services; there are a number of picturesque timber-clad shops, that are home to a bakers, butchers, green grocers, Post Office and book shop.

For those with a passion for shopping larger towns, High Wycombe, Watford and Slough are just 30 minutes away where you will find high street brands and large department stores.

The secondary schools, with an Oftsed 'Outstanding' rating include Dr Challoners High School (6.3 miles) in Amersham and Beaconsfield High School (5.4 miles) in Beaconsfield.

Transport

There are excellent commuter links in Chalfont St Peter making it perfect for those that want to commute but also to come home to a quiet rural village.

Junction 17 of the M25 is just 5 miles away, linking you to London, Essex and the M1. The M40 is also close by, just 6.5 miles, taking you through the Chilterns and towards Oxford and London.

The nearest train station is Gerrards Cross, just 1.7 miles away; where National Rail offers a regular service to London Marylebone in just 26 minutes. Other nearby stations include Seer Green (2.7 miles) which offers services to High Wycombe and London Marylebone and Denham Golf Club (3.5 miles) with services to High Wycombe and Aylesbury.

If you've set your sights on travelling further afield, Heathrow Airport is just under 15 miles away.
