Orchard Manor is located South of Leighton Buzzard, the A4146 runs to the South and along the West of the town. To the South West there is Aylesbury, you can access the town by the A41.

To the east the A5183 links to Dunstable and links to Luton to the north east. The A4146 and A505 can be found to the north and the A41 to the south.
