Directions

From the city centre, head towards Tavistock road A386. From the far right lane, turn right onto William Prance Road. At the roundabout take the third exit. The site can be found at the end of this road on the right hand side.

Shopping

There are various local convenience stores and larger supermarkets located near Bircham Combe, including M&S Food and Tesco.

For a larger shopping experience, Plymouth has excellent facilities. The city is the largest centre for shopping in the South West and home to Drake Circus where you’ll find everything from independent shops to high street brands, all under one roof.
