Step one - Together, we’ll agree a marketing price for your home
We’ll organise a minimum of two independent valuations for your existing home based on 100% market value, and together with you, we’ll agree a fair, realistic marketing price for your current home based on these impartial, expert opinions. Once this is agreed, you can part-reserve* your perfect plot for an agreed period, whilst we market yours on your behalf.
Step two - Finding a buyer for your home
We have a wealth of expertise, experience and contacts, and we’ll use all of these to work on your behalf to sell your current home. We’ll appoint an estate agent to look after the marketing of your current home and arrange convenient viewings for potential buyers, and we’ll make sure you receive feedback from these visits and stay firmly in the loop throughout the entire process.
Step three - Once a buyer has been found
Once you receive a suitable offer, we’ll continue to carefully manage the sale of your property on your behalf. We’ll stay in touch throughout the whole process, ensuring that you know exactly what is going on at every step - all you’ll need to do is look forward to moving into your new Charles Church home.
