High Grove Fields is on the north east of Bridgend. It is in a highly desirable location for commuters as it has excellent links to the M4 heading east for Cardiff, Newport and London and west to Swansea and west Wales. The town itself is developed at a ford on the River Ogmore between east and west Wales.

Take junction 36 of the M4, proceed south past McArthur Glen and go straight onto the roundabout. Then take the left at the 2nd roundabout. The Parc Derwen site is on your left, opposite the Brackla Industrial Estate.
The area has plenty of schools nearby to choose from with Welsh medium and church schools within the catchment. High Grove Fields will have a new primary school being built as part of the new development.
High Grove Fields nearest train station is Wildmill train station which is approximately 1.3 miles away. The station links to Bridgend station, also only a short distance away and here you will find good links to south west and east Wales. For driving, the M4 J36 provides easy access to Cardiff, Newport, Bristol and London. Cardiff airport is only a 30-minutes drive away which has many popular tourist destinations.
High Grove Fields is within a mile of The Princess of Wales hospital with its successful A&E department. There are many GP’s surgeries and dentists throughout Bridgend.
