Our development is on Carleton Hill Road on the outskirts of Penrith, approximately 20 miles to the south of Carlisle. Local shops, cafés and restaurants can be found nearby, together with leisure activities and the beautiful landscape of the Lake District.
Penrith train station (dating from 1846 and officially known as ‘Penrith North Lakes’) is less than 2 miles away, providing easy access to local destinations such as Lancaster, the Lake District or Carlisle.
Alternatively, you can get connections to further afield, including the fast train which can take you to London in approximately 3 hours. There are also regular bus and road links with the M6 and A66 just a short drive away.
There’s also a great choice of fantastic local schooling in the area, with well-regarded primary and secondary schools within walking distance of the development.
