Visitors to Charles Church The Hamlet development in Roade can join in some Halloween fun this month, with a pumpkin lantern competition.
Charles Church Midlands has invited families to bring their carved pumpkin to The Hamlet development on Ashton Road on Sunday 28th October, for the chance to win £50 to spend on toys and games.
The winning pumpkin, as judged by the Charles Church sales team, will be awarded a £50 Smyths toys gift card.
Claire Dearsley, head of sales for Charles Church Midlands, said: “Roade village is such a popular location for families, so we wanted to have a little Halloween fun at The Hamlet.”
“We are asking children to bring their pumpkin lantern along to the marketing suite on spooky Sunday. There may also be some sweet treats for all those visiting the show home that day!”
The Hamlet is a collection of three and four bedroom homes in a peaceful village setting, with properties available from £307,995.
Claire added: “Buyers here can access the Government’s Help to Buy scheme, meaning they only need a five per cent deposit to secure their dream home.
“Anyone with an existing property to sell can ask the experienced sales team at The Hamlet for advice on how our Home Change and Part Exchange schemes could save them time, money and stress.”
