Early Bird
If you’ve found your ideal location and spotted a plot that’s perfect for you, the Early Bird Scheme could be just what you need to secure your dream home.
Available on selected plots, an Early Bird reservation could be the best way to ensure you get the home you’ve set your heart on. It might have the special view you want, or have a larger corner plot, or maybe you have friends or family moving in next door.
If you have an Early Bird reservation, it means when we release the plot for sale, you will be the first in line to reserve it before it’s available to the general public.
How does it work?
Once you’ve chosen your home, we’ll provide you with a guide price (which is subject to change), ask you to provide some details and pay a refundable reservation fee of £100. You can then relax in the knowledge that we’ll be in touch with you as soon as your home is ready to be released for sale.
When we contact you to let you know your home has been released for sale, we’ll let you know the price for the home (which may differ from the approximate guide price). You’ll then have 3 working days to decide if you’d like to proceed with buying the home.
What happens next…?
If you choose to go ahead, your Early Bird reservation will then progress to a full reservation, and you’ll need to pay a further £400 to make up the full reservation fee of £500.
If you change your mind and decide not to buy, we’ll refund the full amount of the Early Bird reservation fee back to you.
So, if you know where you’ll like to live, have your eye on a new Charles Church home that ticks all the boxes and don’t have to move straight away; look out for the Early Bird Scheme logo and catch your perfect plot.
