Two new show homes open doors to house hunters in Lichfield

House hunters in Lichfield can now get their first look inside a new development following the opening of two new show homes at Lockside.

Charles Church West Midlands has opened the doors to two new show homes at its Lockside development, showcasing the two-bedroom Stonehaven and four-bedroom Sacon house designs.

Lockside will deliver a carefully curated collection of 140 two- to five-bedroom homes, with solar panels and electric vehicle charging points fitted as standard.

The overall development will feature more than 24 acres of open space, including two play areas, landscaped green spaces, allotments and walking routes. The development will deliver a 20% biodiversity net gain.
