Personalise your new home with Select Options
Our sales executives will confirm the standard items in your new home’s specification, but in addition you may wish to select alternatives or additions to make your home truly personal. Not all options are available on all properties, primarily due to the design and construction variations throughout the Charles Church portfolio and ‘Select Options’ requests are subject to the stage of construction and are only applicable prior to build and legal completion.
Note: Certain options within the 'Select Options' range may not necessarily be available at all locations whilst other options may be dependent on the stage in the construction process. Please consult our on-site sales executives who will explain exactly what is available for your new home.
