Eligible buyers can receive £1,000 towards their deposit for every £20,000 spent on a selected Charles Church home, up to a maximum contribution of £25,000.

How does it work?
For every £20,000 you spend on the purchase price of your new Persimmon home, we'll contribute £1,000 towards your deposit, up to a maximum contribution of £25,000.

For every £20,000 you spend on the purchase price of a new Charles Church home, we'll contribute £1,000 towards your deposit, up to a maximum of £25,000 on selected plots.
For example, if you reserve a Charles Church home priced at £300,000, we'll contribute £15,000 towards your deposit.
A larger deposit could reduce the amount you need to borrow, helping you take the next step towards a beautifully crafted home with greater confidence.

- Former Regular Armed Forces personnel who served for at least six years and apply within 12 months of leaving the Forces
- Surviving partners of Regular Armed Forces personnel who died in service, applying within 12 months of their bereavement

Simply let your sales advisor know you'd like to use the Key Worker Contribution when reserving your new home. You'll need to provide evidence that you meet the eligibility criteria.

This offer is available on selected plots only to UK Armed Forces and Key Worker Personnel who have completed their basic (phase 1) training and are one of the following:
- Regular service personnel (including Military Provost Guard Service, in the Navy, Army and Air Force).
- All NHS Clinical staff.
- Uniformed staff in the Defence Fire Service.
- A worker who fulfils a role regarded as vital for the community, especially in the health, education, security, and infrastructure sectors.
- Ex-Regular service personnel who have served in the Armed Forces for a minimum of six years can produce a Discharge Certificate (or similar documentation) as proof, where they apply within 12 months of the date of the discharge from service.
- The surviving partners of Regular service personnel who have died in service, where they apply within 12 months of the date of being bereaved.
- Armed forces also have access to the forces Help to Buy scheme which was made a permanent scheme in Jan 2023. This offer can be used in conjunction with the Armed Forces Help to Buy scheme.
- This offer is available to Armed Forces and Key Worker Personnel who purchase a new Charles Church property in England, Wales or Scotland.
- Armed Forces and Key Worker Personnel are entitled to receive a £500 discount per £25,000 towards the overall purchase price of the property, up to a maximum contribution of £25,000.`
- Eligible purchasers must declare their intention to claim the discount at the time of reserving a property and before any other offer is applied.
- Satisfactory evidence of eligibility for this offer must be provided.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other selected offers. Please speak with one of our Sales Advisors for further details.
- This offer is available on residential properties to eligible purchasers buying the property with cash or with the aid of a mortgage (eligible purchasers must meet their lender’s mortgage eligibility criteria however).
- This offer is not available on Buy to Let properties.
- Purchasers must be over 18 years of age.
- Charles Church reserve the right to withdraw or alter the terms of this offer at any time prior to the payment of a reservation fee.
