How does Early Bird work?

Step 1: After browsing a ‘coming soon’ development, you tell us which plot you’ve got your heart set on.

Step 2: We provide you with a guide price (which his subject to change).

Step 3: If you’re happy with the guide price, you pay us a refundable Early Bird reservation fee of £100.

Step 4: When the plot is due to be released, we contact you before anyone else to let you know the actual sale price (which may differ from the guide price).

Step 5: You have three working days to decide if you want to proceed with buying the home.

  • If you choose to go ahead, you pay a further £400 to make up the full reservation fee of £500.
  • If you decide not to buy, we refund your Early Bird reservation fee in full.
