Our new homes in the East Midlands are in the geographical centre of England, putting this diverse region right at the heart of the country - a description that can be taken quite literally - as 88% of the East Midlands is rural. There’s always another side to a story though, and with two major routes linking the East Midlands with London, this region is on a fast track for business and industry too.

Landmarks in the East Midlands

Lincoln Cathedral towers above its namesake county – for two centuries it was the world’s tallest building -  while Althorp House in Northamptonshire represents a right royal connection.

Landscapes in the East Midlands

Head to the Lincolnshire Coast for the sea air and the unique coastal scenery around The Wash. Walk around Rutland Water – one of Europe’s largest man-made lakes. Head for the hills in the Peak District at the southern end of the Pennines.
