These are exciting times as your moving-in day is fast approaching. The New Home Demonstration is to help you to understand more about your new home including appliance maintenance and system operations, as well as taking a look at all its benefits.

We’ll arrange for you to meet with a member of our site team while maintaining social distancing. You can take a look inside your new home whilst we remain outside. We’ll be there every step of the way to answer any questions you may have - all from a safe distance.

Warranty peace of mind

Feel secure in the knowledge that our homes come with a two-year Charles Church warranty and in years three to 10 you’re covered by an NHBC/LABC warranty. Warranties on appliances can be set up straight away and registered directly with the manufacturer. Remember to service your boiler before the end of the first 12 months to maintain the second year of your warranty.
