Whittlesey is one of Cambridgeshire’s old market towns with its heritage going back to the Domesday Book. It’s six miles from Peterborough so it’s well-connected and has great amenities on hand as well as its own local facilities. In true market town tradition there’s a popular market every Friday and this adds to the sense of community - the Market Square is the heart of the town. A new home here will have the best of both worlds – a friendly small-town atmosphere close to large town amenities.
