The location has its very own railway station, Buckshaw Parkway, which provides frequent services to Manchester, Manchester Airport, Preston and Blackpool. Balshaw Lane station in Euxton is also minutes away, and additional stations can be found slightly further afield in Leyland and Chorley, providing convenient services to many of the above destinations and beyond.

Those who prefer to take the bus will be pleased with the local services, with regular daily services to nearby towns such as Chorley, Leyland and Preston. Buckshaw Village is also excellent for cycling options, with an award-winning network of cycle paths, including Cycle Route 55 on the National Network.

As for air travel, Buckshaw Village is within easy reach of both Manchester Airport and Liverpool John Lennon Airport, both less than an hour’s drive away. Manchester Airport is the third busiest in the world; many airline services operate from it to destinations such as Europe, North America and the Caribbean, while John Lennon Airport provides a range of domestic services and scheduled flights to locations across Europe.
