Kent

Are you looking for a new home in Kent?

Kent lays claim to the southeast corner of England, a Home County of home-grown produce. A new home here puts orchards and oast houses, castles and coastlines at your door.

The White Cliffs of Dover capture our imagination, and the seaside towns of Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate are traditional favourites along the coastline that joins East Sussex. The North Sea facing coast is a different sort of haven, with flocks of migrating birds visiting the wetlands of the Romney Marshes and Isle of Sheppey each year. Swap sea air for fresh air in the High Weald and the North Downs, Kent’s two Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with panoramic views over this ‘Garden of England’.  Canterbury celebrates the history of England’s oldest cathedral, while Maidstone is the thriving county town.

The M20 and the A2 are the main county routes, joining the M25 as it circles around London. The furthest point east in Kent is only 2 hours by train to London, and Eurostar services greet our European neighbours.  It’s a treat to be able to balance business and pleasure so easily.
