A development so good....

....one family bought three homes!
Situated in the charming market town of Stratford-upon-Avon and a winner of a National House Building Council (NHBC) award, it’s easy to see why homes at Charles Church’s Milestone Grange are hot property right now. But for one family one home at the development wasn’t enough.
In fact, so good was Peter Juniper’s experience buying a four bedroom home, his parents soon followed him to Milestone Grange, followed by his brother Charles, 51. Peter, 46, who has lived in Stratford for the past 13 years elected to move in with his wife, Natasha, and their three children in August 2016.
He said: “It was time for a bit more space and a quieter setting so we decided that a new build at Milestone Grange would be perfect. We had kept our eye on the development since the first road went in and we were keen to see what it was going to look like and what size houses were going to be built. After about a year, a couple of friends moved to Milestone Grange and we could see that it would be perfect for us. The estate is very well laid out with wide open spaces, great quality houses with fantastic views over the beautiful Stratford-upon-Avon Countryside.”
It was a visit to his new home that convinced Peter’s parents Graham and Elizabeth Juniper to become neighbours with their son. Peter explained: “When my parents came to see our new house they instantly loved the development and had a look for a house for themselves. They bought a five-bedroom Tiddington within weeks - after 42 years in the same house - and they moved in just three months after us. They have fallen in love with the development and Stratford and are enjoying having their family surrounding them.
Michelle Harouche, a sales executive looked after them and made sure everything went smoothly during such an emotional and big move. Peter continued "my parents are nearly 80, and had lived in Hampton in Arden near Solihull for 42 years, so with them being over there meant we couldn't just pop in and see them it had to be arranged in advance. My brother also lived in the same place and works very long hours meaning we would only see him when we were over that way, but that often proved difficult because of the hours he worked."
“Sadly, my sister was diagnosed with breast cancer and passed away six years ago, she had lived very close to my parents and brother in Hampton in Arden so it was important to get them close to us so we can be more present in each other’s lives. The children love having them just down the road and frequently pop in to see them which is great, but having them so close is the most important thing for us as we can make sure they are ok and taken care of especially in the event of any mishaps.”
While having family and friends at Milestone Grange is enough of a reason to love living there, Peter spoke warmly about the location and the buying process. He added: “Milestone Grange is a lovely development, it is only 10 minutes walk to the town, and it is very quiet with excellent landscaping and accessibility. All of our new neighbours are all friendly, there is a great community spirit growing with street parties and get-togethers being planned. The buying process at Charles Church is fantastic and Michelle is amazing, she takes care of everything, she is very knowledgeable and keeps you up to date with developments throughout the buying process. I can’t stress enough how happy we are living here.”
Milestone Grange is a much desired development at the heart of one of England’s most historic landscapes. It offers a selection of 3, 4, 5 bedroom homes with prices starting at £345,000.
