Ian and Rowena Collard set Charles Church Southern a challenge to help them move into a brand new home in just three weeks, to which they responded perfectly.
For work reasons, Ian and his wife Rowena had to up sticks and relocate from Stafford to Bracknell and now are thankfully settled in their new Henley, three bedroom, three-storey home at King’s Quarter, Jennett’s Park, thanks to Charles Church’s quick action.
Ian and Rowena run their own pharmaceutical market research company and when they successfully landed a new contract, it meant a move to the south was essential.
Ian commented: “Panic set in a little and we visited Charles Church’s King’s Quarter development at Jennett’s Park and explained our circumstances to the sales adviser, Carole Hughes, saying we needed a home and, we needed to move in, in just three weeks! That didn’t seem to faze Carole who proceeded to show us the Henley design which we instantly fell in love with.
“All the team, both sales and the solicitors, were tremendous and so professional. It is thanks to them that we have achieved what we needed to do and we felt right at home straight away. It ran like clockwork so was meant to be.”
Tracey Lee, sales director for Charles Church Southern, said: “Our King’s Quarter development has been a real success with purchasers and Ian and Rowena spotted the excellent specification of our homes, matched by its perfect location, at once when they visited.
“We are delighted that we were able to not only have the right home but also in helping them move so quickly. Our team there, together with our solicitors, are committed to making home buying run as smoothly as possible and they certainly pulled out all the stops for Ian and Rowena, as they do for all our customers.
“With our latest phase at Jennett’s Park, Duke’s Place, the community and homes are proving a real win for purchasers on many levels. We have a selection of homes available including executive two, three, four and five bedroom homes which are sure to satisfy even the most discerning purchaser with prices starting from £191,500.”
Homes at Duke’s Place are currently available to buy off plan, meaning buyers are able to upgrade their home, within reason, as they see fit. It also allows plenty of time to prepare for the move therefore alleviating any last minute packing stresses and leaving purchasers enough time to plan.
