Luxury homebuilder, Charles Church Anglia has reported that interest is continuing to build in the new homes being constructed at the company’s stunning Latitude development in Ravenswood, Ipswich.
“We unofficially launched late last year, but we want to wait until our magnificent showhome is ready before our we open publically, and we’re continuing to receive positive reports from househunters noting that they’re really looking forward to seeing what we have to offer,” comments Jon Gibbs, sales director for Charles Church Anglia.
He adds: “We’ve already been highly commended for our design of Latitude in the Housebuilder Awards, demonstrating our commitment not only to providing supreme new homes for local househunters, but our specific attention to detail and our ability to think outside the box when it comes to design and architecture.”
The showhome is expected to open its doors in April, and househunters are being urged to register their interest now to avoid disappointment post the official launch.
Latitude incorporates a fine collection of 56 innovative new houses for sale in Ipswich, which all sit adjacent to a beautiful country park. The development hosts four, five and six bedroom properties, expertly designed by RMA Architects and Trevor Newman Associates.
The bespoke housetypes all have vast open plan living areas with large areas of glass benefiting from solar gain and reducing the need for internal lighting. The wider development already hosts a local school, shops complex, health and sports facilities and public house as well as areas of open space for residents and visitors to enjoy. In addition traffic calming, cycle ways and footpaths enable safe and enjoyable passage through the development.
Although the Ravenswood community centre comprises a range of shops and amenities, the bright lights of Ipswich are also just a short distance from the development. Latitude also benefits from being situated close to the A12 and A14 and Ipswich’s mainline station is less than two miles away.
