Baby boom at Kingswood
11 March 2013
A baby boom celebration is set to take place on Mothering Sunday in Kingswood, Hull.Charles Church Meadows, a relatively new development, has recently become home to three bouncing babies all born within a few months of each other.
The triple celebration will make Mother’s Day a day to remember for all of the families involved, particularly the three mums who have balanced the challenge of settling into a new home and having a baby.
The baby boom began at Charles Church Meadows back in August with the birth of little Charlotte born in September, followed by Amelia born in November and most recently Jacob, born in January.
New mums, Samantha, Toni and Charlotte have not only moved into their beautiful new family homes but have three ready-made play mates for their children right on their doorstep.
The future looks bright for the three youngsters with the development of a brand new primary school planned as part of the redevelopment of the area.
Kevin Thubron, Sales Director at Charles Church Yorkshire, said: “Charles Church Meadows is an ideal location for house hunters looking for the perfect home to start a family. The traditionally styled homes offer the space for families to grow with private gardens for children to play.
“We are aware that having children is an expensive business and have responded to this with our part exchange, FirstBuy and the Government backed NewBuy purchasing schemes to make buying a Charles Church home more affordable.
“I would like to congratulate all three mothers on the birth of their children. It is very exciting to see our houses become homes and our customers create their own sense of community.
I hope that Samantha, Toni and Charlotte really enjoy their day on Mothering Sunday.”
