Behind the Scenes with ITV Wales News at Six!

We're excited to share that ITV Wales recently broadcast its Six O’Clock News budget special from one of our Charles Church showhomes at our West Wales site in Llanilid.

It is a significant development that aims to meet the high demand for housing in the area.

When complete, Persimmon’s Llanilid site will include over 1,000 homes, along with a new primary school and village centre featuring leisure, retail, and community facilities.

Viewers across Wales tuned in as presenter Jonathan Hill swapped the usual studio setting for a tour of our showhome, discussing the impact of the budget on families across the country.
