Charles Church South Midlands has welcomed the decision to grant planning permission for a £16 million pound residential development in the leafy suburb of Edgbaston.This sought after residential area will be the setting for a stunning collection of 73 spacious three, four, five and six bedroom homes being built off City Road, following planning approval from Birmingham City Council.
