Buyers urged to hurry for last few homes in Buckley

Buyers are being urged to hurry if they want to live in a new home in Buckley as a development has exceed all expectations with only three homes now left for sale.
The site, off Alltami Road, is the third development by the leading regional builder to be launched in Buckley in the last two years. It has appealed to a wide-cross section of buyers with only a few spacious four-bedroom homes now remaining.
Sales director David Hodgson said: “We are offering great incentives for people wanting to move here including 100 per cent part exchange, which really takes the stress out of moving.
“If you are eligible for our part exchange scheme, the purchase can happen in just a matter of weeks. Our sales team can explain the scheme and guide people through it. Anyone looking to buy at Alltami Heath will also receive free carpets, legal fees up to £1,000, free fencing and turfed gardens as well as stainless steel appliances and have their stamp duty paid.
“Alltami Heath has been a delightful development to work on as you can already see how a great community spirit is developing there. It is easy to see why these homes have sold so quickly.”
Buckley has proved to be a really sought-after location which offers the best of both worlds as it is set in picturesque countryside and close to the coast but also has great local amenities and commuter links with the A55 nearby and access to the A494 and M56 to Liverpool and Manchester.
David added: “The Government-backed Help to Buy scheme has also appealed to many buyers. Our sales advisors can explain the whole process and say there is great delight when a buyer realises how far their money can go. The scheme is also available with Home Change, where we market your property for you.”
Under Help to Buy, people only need a five per cent deposit along with a 75 per cent mortgage while the Government supplies a 20 per cent equity loan, which is interest and repayment free for the first five years.
