Central team completes deal to progress development in Dunchurch

Our Central team has completed the purchase of land to unlock a housing development in the popular location of Dunchurch, Warwickshire.

This site will deliver 86 premium new homes, supporting the local need for quality new housing. Of these homes, 20% will be taken on by a local housing association, providing a mix of rented and shared ownership properties.

Along with the boost to local housing needs, the scheme will bring a range of community benefits including c.£900,000 pledged towards the nearby area in section 106 funds.
