Charles Church Severn Valley is offering visitors to its latest development a cream tea in support of The Meningitis Trust. The company will serve up the traditional English treat as it opens Central Square in Stroud on Saturday 2nd February. All funds raised from the event will help the charity continue its life changing support services.
The Meningitis Trust was established in 1985 when parents in Stroud formed a support group following an outbreak of meningitis in the area. With the help of funding, the trust has been able to continue its research into the virus and help support people during this traumatic time.
Nicola Reed, sales and marketing director for Charles Church Severn Valley, said: “We chose to support The Meningitis Trust as the charity is close to the hearts of so many people in the Stroud community.
“We hope our opening weekend will provide an opportunity for local people to come and view our new showhome, enjoy a delicious cream tea and raise money for such a worthwhile cause.
“With 16 different and unique home styles, there really is a home to suit everyone at Central Square. The development is perfectly located alongside the recently rejuvenated Stroud water canal to offer a real slice of Cotswolds life with stunning scenery right on your doorstep.”
Charles Church Central Square offers purchasers a choice of one and two bedroom apartments and three and four bedroom homes. FirstBuy, NewBuy and Part Exchange are all available on selected plots to help people move into their dream home.
