Developer hosts Home Change and Help To Buy advice clinic
17 February 2014
Charles Church is throwing open the doors at a Bedfordshire development to enable local buyers to get free independent expert advice on climbing the property ladder.
The developer hosts its Home Change and Help to Buy Advice Clinic at Jubilee Gardens in Wootton on Saturday 15th February from 11am to 4pm.
Claire Davidson, Charles Church Midlands sales manager, said: “We know that many people are still unaware of how they can get Government support to buy a house with Help to Buy, so we are holding an advice clinic to help dispel myths and give practical information to house hunters.
“We can also give full details of the Charles Church Home Change scheme. This is where we use all of our experience and property industry contacts to market your existing property for you, helping you to find the buyer you need to make the move into your new home.
“An Independent Financial Advisor will be on hand during the day to give expert advice and our sales team is fully trained to offer practical assistance throughout the buying process.”
Help to Buy is available to anyone buying a new-build home up to the value of £600,000. All that is needed is a five per cent deposit.
The Government will put in up to 20 per cent through an equity share loan, the remainder will be funded by a repayment mortgage. The loan can be paid back at any time over the next 25 years, or when you sell the home, and there is no interest to pay on this portion for the first five years.
Jubilee Gardens, on Fields Road, offers high specification four and five bedroom family homes from £339,995. Each home has been carefully designed with interiors that make the very best use of light and space and lots of individual touches.
Claire added: “We look forward to welcoming house hunters during our open day and feel sure that we can help them get onto or moving up the property ladder.”
The sales office at Jubilee Gardens is open every day from 10am to 5pm. For more information call in at the development.
