Early sales success for the houses for sale in Bridgend
20 May 2011
Luxury homebuilder Charles Church has sold over a third of the 62 homes available at its De Turberville Court development in Bridgend, just three weeks after opening the showhome on site.
De Turberville Court has proved extremely popular with purchasers and 22 of the homes have already been sold, despite only opening the showhome less than a month ago.
Since opening the doors of the new showhome – a four-bedroom Whitmore – all five of these house types have already been sold. A selection of four-bedroom detached, three-bedroom semi-detached and three-bedroom three-storey houses for sale in Bridgend are still available however, all offering an impressive level of detail coupled with the unmistakable quality and style that is synonymous with Charles Church.
Sharon Robinson, sales and marketing director for Charles Church East Wales, said she had been delighted with the number of sales to date at the site.
“De Turberville Court is proving really popular with purchasers in the area and we are thrilled to have sold so many homes in such a short space of time. It was attracting significant interest before we had even opened on site but since the launch of our showhome, we have welcomed dozens more visitors to the site, many of whom have ended up buying from us.
“The development is in a perfect location and offers a wide range of different house types, all with desirable features which are obviously proving too tempting for buyers to resist. And with prices starting at just £150,000 for a three bedroom home, it really is no surprise that sales are going so well.”
