Exclusive new homes underway at Harp Hill
01 December 2015
Work is now underway to build 41 executive homes in the exclusive Harp Hill area of Cheltenham.
Charles Church South Midlands will invest £17 million in Eden Villas, a collection of properties thoughtfully designed to maximise views of the stunning surroundings in what is one of Cheltenham’s most desirable residential areas - recently named ‘One of the Best Places to Live’ by the Sunday Times.
The builder says the 9.5 acre site will feature a mix of contemporary three, four and five bedroom properties featuring wrap-around sun decks and glass balconies that offer unbroken views.
Andy Peters, managing director of Charles Church South Midlands, said: “This development is set in a location that is second- to-none. It has everything – beautiful scenery, good road links and easy access to central Cheltenham.
We are confident that the bespoke range of properties at Eden Villas will appeal to Cheltenham buyers looking for something really special in an enviable location and invite them to visit our fabulous 2060 sq ft 5 bedroom showhome opening in January.”
Much of the charm of Harps Hill is due to its setting at the edge of a beautiful landscape with breath-taking view of rolling Cotswolds countryside coupled with easy access to local amenities, transport networks and exceptional schools both state and private including Balcarras and St Edwards both within walking distance.
