First occupier sparks Sidmouth sales surge

The first occupants at a prestigious new development in Sidmouth have sparked a sales surge after picking up the keys to their new home.Mr and Mrs Gill purchased the five bedroom home on the exclusive Charles Church Penrose Place development after visiting the showroom on Woolbrook Road. So happy were they with the size and quality of the property that they recommended the development to friends, and they are now set to become next door neighbours.
Penrose Place is a unique development of just fifteen four and five bedroom luxury homes within two miles of Sidmouth seafront.
Mr Gill said: “We had previously lived in a spacious house with a very large garden. We decided to downsize, but we were not willing to compromise on quality or on living space. A smaller but attractive garden was a priority.
“The pace of life in Sidmouth is just right. We have plenty of amenities nearby and we’re on the door-step of the coast, but just slightly off the beaten track. Our home is better than we expected and the service from Charles Church has been excellent.”
Simon Perks, managing director at Charles Church South West said: “Mr and Mrs Gill came to Charles Church looking for a home of exceptional quality that was big enough to enjoy. Along with the site manager, we listened to their needs and created a home to match their lifestyle.
“To suit their needs, we adapted the five bedroom property to a four bedroom home with a dressing room, and created a larger second sitting room. We’re delighted that they are happy with the house, and we hope that the other new occupants on the development are just are as delighted when they move in.”
