High level of interest expected for Old Stratford homes
22 March 2016
Charles Church Midlands is expecting high levels of interest as new homes being developed at Old Stratford are released for sale.
The Roman Court development is a collection of three, four and five bedroom homes on Towcester Road in the popular village.
The first properties were released for sale on Saturday 19th March.
Claire Davidson, head of sales for Charles Church Midlands, said: “Old Stratford is a superb location, right on the A5 between Towcester and Milton Keynes, but retaining that quintessentially English village charm.
“Roman Court will be a select development of 75 new houses, all built to the trademark Charles Church levels of quality and specification, and just a stone’s throw from stunning countryside.”
“The first homes will be released for sale when we open the marketing suite and, although there won’t be a show home to view until the summer, we expect a lot of people will want to reserve a home off-plan, judging by the dozens of people who have already expressed an interest in living in Old Stratford.”
People wanting to be first to know which properties are available to buy can register their interest on the development’s Rowan Court website page.
Claire added: “We have a number of packages to assist people looking to move, including the Government’s Help to Buy scheme which enables people to purchase a new home with just a five per cent deposit.”
