Homes for sale in Leighton Buzzard with Charles Church
14 December 2010
When it comes to moving home there are many factors that can hinder the entire process, but for one family in Leighton Buzzard, their move was helped by leading luxury housebuilder, Charles Church Midlands.
The Morris family had lived in a new-build Persimmon town house for a number of years but had grown out of it after having had two children.
So they knew the time was right to upgrade to a new property and ideally wanted a four bedroom detached home with an ample sized garden and plenty of space inside.
Having heard about the homes for sale in Leighton Buzzard, Charles Church’s newest development in the area, Willow Chase, and watched it being built from the word go, Arron Morris wasted no time in viewing the showhome, and seeing it first hand convinced him that this was the place for them to set up home.
Classic car restorer, Arron, said: “We were so impressed with specification of the showhome, the attention to detail with the finish as well as the white goods and lighting that came as standard, that all of these small details made a big difference and certainly helped to influence our decision to move here.”
But what assisted their move even further was the fact that Charles Church offered the Morris’s an offer they just couldn’t refuse; the option to part exchange their existing home for a brand new property at Willow Chase.
Part exchange allows second time buyers to move with confidence. Customers are able to secure the home of their choice and remain in their current property until the new home is complete. Part exchange guarantees a buyer for the existing property with no lengthy ‘chains’ which are prone to failure. Charles Church buys the second hand property and the whole process is managed and monitored by the company, eliminating a lot of the stress and hassle sometimes associated with moving home, leaving customers time to get on with a stress free life without the worry of costly estate agents fees, advertising, temporary accommodation and the extra removals costs associated with a short-term move.
“We just couldn’t believe our luck,” added Arron. “So as soon as we knew we could achieve a smooth and hassle free move we jumped at the chance and decided to buy a property off plan. We were offered many choices of home but we eventually decided on a traditionally designed four bedroom ‘Alder’ family property that benefited from a garage and good sized rear garden.”
They then had the nice choice of deciding exactly how they wanted their home to look by selecting their kitchen units and other fixtures and fittings, so that when they moved in everything was perfect.
“And it was just that,” added Arron. “We moved in recently and our expectations were exceeded in every way possible. And what’s more - looking back - we were really impressed the sales and site staff who helped us through every step and detail of the part exchange process.”
Now that the family has been in for just a few weeks, Arron and his wife love their en suite master bedroom which offers privacy and luxury, the children can’t get enough of their large bedrooms, and they all love the large kitchen which for them, is the true heart of the home.
Claire Lambert, head of sales for Charles Church Midlands, comments: “Willow Chase is a stunning development that offers those looking for a home with the wow factor just that. It offers a variety of property choices and a well laid out design so is a must see location for anyone wanting to combine a great home with an enviable location.”
