The high standards of quality throughout Charles Church North Midlands have been recognised by a prestigious award from the National House Building Council (NHBC).
One site manager at Charles Church North Midlands has received Pride In The Job Quality Awards, underlining the leading home-builder’s unrivalled reputation for the design and quality of the houses for sale in Leicester.
Andy Haywood, from Charles Church’s Spinosa development in Countesthorpe was shortlisted from more than 13,000 managers UK-wide to receive the award.
Paul Hurst, managing director for Charles Church North Midlands, commented: “We have exacting standards of quality throughout the business at Charles Church. The dedication shown by Andy to his development and his team has helped us to maintain these standards and ensure that every home on every Charles Church development is first class. Andy fully deserves this accolade.”
Now in its 31st year, Pride in the Job recognises site managers who consistently demonstrate commitment to building high quality homes to meet the exacting needs of new-home buyers.
They will now go forward to compete in the next stage of the competition for the NHBC Seal of Excellence Award which is being announced later this year.
