A prestigious house builder says interest is already high in a £50 million development of executive houses in a thriving Midlands village – before a brick has even been laid.
Charles Church says the new 175-home Ettington Park development at Wellesbourne, Warwickshire, will feature a range of stunning three, four and five-bedroom houses in a superb location.
Richard Oldroyd, managing director of Charles Church South Midlands, said the development would provide the highest quality homes for families who wanted the best-possible lifestyle.
“Every home at Ettington Park will be synonymous with the Charles Church brand,” he said. “They will be built to the highest specifications and reflect the needs and lifestyles of buyers who are not prepared to settle for anything less than the best.
“There will be space for growing families to spread their wings, for people wishing to enjoy a country lifestyle but who still want the convenience of the town close by, and for commuters who need excellent motorway and rail links for their work.
“This will be an exciting development of executive homes all specially chosen from our portfolio of premier homes,” Richard added. “Alongside that, we have worked with local planning officers to create specific character areas within the site to reflect the village.
“We have already received a tremendous amount of interest in our plans and that is sure to grow still further as work gathers pace.”
The first of the new homes will go on the market next spring with a show home scheduled to open in April.
