Jill buys the first house for sale in Burgess Hill

When it came to finding the perfect location with properties to match, customer service leader Jill Wiyanta, didn’t hesitate in making the decision to buy from Charles Church at the company’s prestigious development in Burgess Hill.
With only a 14 mile commute to Brighton where Jill works and with just 12 high specification homes in a small and exclusive spot, she knew that Hammonds Ridge was the ideal place to set up home.
Jill Wiyanta explains: “I have been living in Brighton now for some time and really wanted to find an area which was quiet and exclusive and Hammonds Ridge fitted that bill perfectly.
“Buying a new home is so much easier as from day one I am looking forward to being the first person in my new home; no one else’s left behind mess to deal with or their taste in décor to change, I can just move straight in with my furniture and enjoy living their straight away.”
Jill, one of a few homebuyers who have taken advantage of buying one of the high specification houses for sale in Burgess Hill, will be moving into a three bedroom Ditchling design this June. She continues: “Finding the right location is so important and when the properties became available, I didn’t want to miss out on being one of the first to choose my home on the development. It also means that you can choose everything from the fixtures to fittings which means that when I move in, it really is a home not just a house. It’s great also to visit and actually see how the build is progressing.”
Tracey Lee, sales and marketing director for Charles Church Southern adds: “Hammonds Ridge is truly an exclusive development and househunters will find a select number of impressive traditional four bedroom homes ideal for families for those looking to upscale together with a selection of two and three bedroom homes ideal for first time buyers. The development is the epitome of high quality and exclusivity making it an extremely sought-after location to live, just as Jill has found.
“Buying off-plan does have many advantages but most notably at Hammonds Ridge, with only a small number of homes available, means avoiding disappointment. We look forward to Jill moving in and others over the course of the year.”
