Kidwelly location rated as top

As a nation, living as part of a close nit community is sadly on the decline, but one area that is bucking this trend is Kidwelly.
Leading luxury homebuilder, Charles Church West Wales, has discovered that the residents living at its Parc Gwenllian development have become closer since moving in, with many admitting that they regularly pop round to new neighbours to say ‘hi’, offer a helping hand and ask if they need groceries.
The residents also said that the location and overall feel of the development has also been instrumental in them interacting with each other more frequently, with some saying that the layout and general feel of the development has helped, as many people tend to walk into the nearby village so are more inclined to talk to each other while out and about.
Katherine Faull, sales and marketing director for Charles Church West Wales, comments: “Parc Gwenllian has been a true success story for us with properties selling consistently well from the outset.
“We are pleased to learn of this true sense of community that has naturally developed out on site which is both wonderful and encouraging at the same time.
“Where possible we try to encourage a community feel across all of the developments that we build but it often takes the residents to truly instil this.
“It has been great to hear feedback from our residents and also interesting to know how they feel about their own community, the location and the development as a whole.”
On the current price list, houses for sale in Kidwelly, at Parc Gwenllian, start from as little as £157,995 for a three bedroom three storey house type.
