Last chance to buy at Cardiff development
18 February 2021
Househunters eyeing up a move to a stunning development on the fringes of Cardiff have been urged to act fast, with just seven properties left for sale.
Charles Church’s River Walk development in Old St Mellons has been a huge success and is now close to selling out.
The development, off junction 30 of the M4, is made up of 51 executive properties, with 44 already snapped up.
Victoria Williams, sales director at Charles Church East Wales, said: “River Walk has been a hugely successful project for us.”
“The clock is ticking for anyone who wants to be a part of this new community by purchasing one of the remaining five-bedroom detached homes.”
River Walk is part of a larger scheme of 1,020 new homes at St Edeyrn's Village, where a primary school, convenience store, café, allotments and community orchard are also being built.
There are three house types available - The Holborn, The Marylebone and The Regent.
The on-site show home is a stunning Marylebone style property. The five-bedroom property comes complete with downstairs toilet, separate living and dining rooms, open plan kitchen, breakfast and family room and an en suite to the master bedroom.
The eye-catching Regent, meanwhile, is spread over two-and-a-half floors with two en suites.
For those who already have a property to sell, Charles Church operates a Part Exchange scheme.
Using the scheme, Charles Church will arrange for at least two valuations of a customer’s current property, agree a market price and then buy it.
There are no estate agents fees or marketing fees – and people can remain in their own property until the new house at River Walk is ready to be occupied.
In line with recent Government guidance, the River Walk show home remain open. Essential appointments can be booked via River Walk at St Edeyrn's Village page or by calling 02920 104 015.
