Last Chance to Buy in Chepstow
14 March 2016
NULLHouse hunters have been urged to act fast to secure one of the last remaining properties at a new development in Chepstow.
There are now just five houses left at Charles Church East Wales’ The Grange development off St Lawrence Road.
The houses remaining are a mixture of four and five bedroom homes.
And Charles Church’s popular Part Exchange scheme has now been reintroduced at The Grange.
The Grange development was launched in March 2014 and is made up of 32 properties.
Victoria Williams, head of sales at Charles Church East Wales, said: “We’re very proud of the development we have created in Chepstow. It’s been great to see the new families moving into their dream homes.
“It’s been a popular site and now there are just five houses remaining. If you’ve been thinking of taking a look at The Grange, then now is the time to do so – before it’s too late.”
“Our Part Exchange scheme helps to alleviate the stress of moving house. We sell your old property for you, so there are no estate agent fees, no chain and no delay.”
“Part Exchange has not been available at The Grange for a while but now it’s back, which I’m sure will be exciting news for some people.”
One of the five properties left is a Newquay style house. The Newquay is a five bedroom home with a spacious lounge, dining area, kitchen, double garage and two ensuites.
