In the beautiful spring sunshine, Councillor Eifion Davies, The Mayor of Pontarddulais, cut the ribbon and announced Carreg Teilo, a development of 38 exquisite houses for sale, open for business. Visitors to the event celebrated with Champagne and canapés in the comfort of the elegant four bedroom showhome.
The launch of the highly anticipated Charles Church homes in Swansea, was celebrated by local househunters, businesses and councillors recently, as they joined the Mayor to announce the new and exciting development of luxury houses for sale in Pontarddulais .
Carreg Teilo is the first Charles Church development in the area. Renowned for creating fine homes of excellent quality, the luxury homebuilder’s presence comes as welcome news to househunters looking to buy a brand new property in this popular location.
Sharon Robinson, sales director for Charles Church East Wales, comments: “Carreg Teilo is a landmark for Charles Church as it is our first development in Pontarddulais. The homes on this development have been designed by local architects and interior designers to create high-end living which exudes style and sophistication.
“We are so excited to launch these new homes and are overwhelmed by the interest in them; our launch event had more visitors than we could have hoped for. The show home is a large four bedroom property but it was still packed full of people - luckily the weather was good, so we could utilise the spacious garden too!”
“We’d like to thank Councillor Davies for his time and would urge anyone interested in the homes to visit the marketing suite right away – people are already reserving their dream luxury property and we anticipate they will be snapped up.”
The Charles Church brand has built an exceptional reputation for creating desirable homes in sought-after locations and Carreg Teilo, certainly won’t disappoint, as the exclusive new residential area will include a range of executive family homes, which all boast impressive inspiring interior layouts and external façades, including stone effect elevations and Georgian windows. The first phase, launched on 6 March, comprises of three and four bedroom houses for sale with prices starting at just £170,000. These will be followed by two bedroom properties later in the year.
