Proving that shared equity schemes aren’t just suitable for first time buyers, key worker Ian has bought a beautiful two bedroom apartment at Charles Church’s sought-after new build development Weald Park in Brentwood.
Ian states: “As I’m not a first time buyer, I didn’t think I was eligible for shared equity and was residing myself to the fact that I would be paying out a large mortgage. When I spoke to the developer Charles Church at Weald Park is was a great relief to know that I qualified for a shared equity scheme, which made buying my luxury apartment much more affordable.”
