Work is now underway to build a thriving new community in Burbage.
Charles Church North Midlands will construct 133 luxury homes on the 11 ½ acre site at Sketchley Brook. The development will provide much needed housing for people looking to step on or move up the property ladder.
Paul Hurst, managing director for Charles Church North Midlands, said: “We are delighted to get construction underway at Sketchley Brook. It will benefit the local community with a variety of housing and jobs.
“The site is due for completion in time for a spring 2013 showhome opening and will feature a mixture of properties including three, four and five bedroom units. Support will be available through a number of different housing initiatives, so we are able to offer potential purchasers the right home to meet their budget.”
Charles Church North Midlands has a range of executive family properties at developments in Desford, Syston, Countesthorpe, Rothley, Stoney Stanton and Leicester. The premium house builder also has developments located across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and South Staffordshire.
