New homes coming to Hessle
28 January 2022
Our Yorkshire region has revealed its plans to build 39 Charles Church homes in Hessle, after securing planning approval from East Riding of Yorkshire Council.
The Parklands development, off Ferriby Road, will transform the 6.38-acre site creating a cluster of four and five-bedroom homes.
Scott Waters, managing director for Charles Church Yorkshire, said: “We are really pleased to begin work in such a sought-after location. Parklands has been carefully designed to embrace and enhance the surrounding countryside and features tree lined roads and a woodland area to the north of the development.”
The development is nestled in woodland, leading to the gateway of the Humber Bridge and within walking distance of the centre of Hessle.
“Surrounded by country parks, trails and on the cusp of the Yorkshire Wolds, this prime location provides a rural retreat yet is still close enough to the buzz of Hull city centre,” added Scott. “We hope to begin works in the spring with the aim of releasing our first homes for sale in the summer. We are sure this picturesque location will prove to be popular with local buyers.
“As part of our ongoing strategic development across the region, we are continually looking to expand our construction workforce and explore new land opportunities to meet the growing demand for homes.”
