New homes coming to Rackheath
22 February 2022
Househunters have been urged to register their interest in a development of new executive homes coming to Rackheath, Norwich.
The new Charles Church Anglia location will bring 202 much-needed two, three, four and five-bedroom homes, in a range of different styles, with 28 percent designated as affordable.
The development, which has been named Prince’s Park, is due to launch next month.
Jorden Knell, head of sales for Charles Church Anglia, said: “We are so excited to be able to welcome new homeowners to Prince’s Park. The development is in excellent proximity to Norwich as well as being close to beautiful nature reserves and coastline.
“In addition to thoughtfully designed homes, Prince’s Park will also offer a large, equipped play area for residents to enjoy and deliver significant investment into the local community, making it the perfect place for those looking to take their first step onto the property ladder as well as growing families.”
The development which received planning permission from Broadland District Council, will not only transform the 8.97ha land to create much needed new homes but will also generate financial contributions towards public open space in the wider community as well as a community infrastructure levy (CIL) payment, supporting local infrastructure improvements.
People living at Prince’s Park will benefit from essential amenities and schools within walking distance, while the numerous shops, restaurants and attractions of Norwich are just a 10-minute drive away.
Jorden added: “We would like to encourage all those interested to register their interest online now so they can be the first to know when properties are available.”
