New housing development in Gloucestershire is open for business

03 May 2017

A new housing development at a site in Twyning is now open for business.

Charles Church South Midlands launched its all new Brockeridge Paddocks development on Saturday 22nd April. Located on Brockeridge Road and consisting of 58 properties, the development will comprise a mix of two, three, four and five-bedroom detached and semi-detached dwellings.

Carol Selway, head of sales at Charles Church South Midlands, said: “We’re excited to open the doors to our stunning new site at Brockeridge Paddocks. We have experienced considerable interest in this new development as it is in a lovely location, surrounded by picturesque countryside, whilst also having excellent commuter links. The homes will be built around a scenic paddock and open space areas within the development, so we can’t wait to show buyers the green, spacious surroundings on offer.”

The new site will be headed up by multi-award winning site manager, Terry Cole, who has been recognised by the National House Building Council for his outstanding work at the Alderton Grange development in Tewkesbury.

Carol continued: “We’re extremely pleased to have Terry on board for this latest project at Brockeridge Paddocks. His award is recognition to the wealth of experience Terry has accumulated over his 15 years with Charles Church and we have no doubt he will help to deliver another exceptional development this time around.”

Located just a stone’s throw away from nearby Cheltenham, Worcester and Gloucester, Brockeridge Paddocks also is close to the M5 motorway.
